Meet Reading hosts a showcase exhibition for event organisers

Meet Reading is organising an interactive, fun exhibition for event planners to showcase more than 20 venues and event agencies in the Reading area.
Reading Venue Showcase takes place on Thursday 10 September (17:30 – 19:30) at the Novotel Reading Centre, 2 minutes from Reading Station. The exhibition will feature stands from many of Reading’s meeting venues, events specialists and hospitality venues.
The Reading Venue Showcase promises to be a sociable evening of business networking for professional event organisers in the Thames Valley and London and provides a unique opportunity to talk to Reading-based meeting and hospitality venues all in one place.
Each exhibitor will be offering a great competition prize, as well as giveaways. There will also be a complimentary glass of fizz on arrival, courtesy of Stanlake Park Wine Estate and canapes from the Novotel Hotel.

We are excited to be bringing together 20 great venues and event businesses in one place, close to Reading Station, so that event organisers can come and find out more about what Reading's USP, its meeting and events venues and the exciting social programme available locally.
“The event will provide attendees with new ideas for out of London meetings, board away days, team building days, Christmas party inspiration and much more. Come and chat to top business hotel brands based in Reading such as Hilton, Malmaison and Penta, event activity specialist companies like TAG Events and bars and team building venues such as Boom Battle Bar.”
The Reading Venue Showcase takes place at the Novotel Hotel on Thursday 10 September from 5:30pm. The evening is free to attend thanks to the generous sponsorship of Reading BID and will include a welcome drink, as well as canapes and competition prizes such as hotel stays, activities, river cruises and afternoon tea.
