Summer Donation Drive

Since 2024, Reading BID has brought local businesses together over summer to support Brighter Futures for Children by collecting donations of clothing, toiletries and other essentials. The drive helps vulnerable children and young people across Reading to provide support during the school holidays.

Over the years, Reading’s business community has generously donated hundreds of boxes of essentials, from food and toiletries to school supplies and baby items. These contributions make a real difference to families across our town.
