A short walk from Reading town centre, we are specialists in Great Beer from cask, keg & bottle with an ever-changing range; expect craft beer favourites, Belgian bottles and local classics as well as rotating range of traditional ciders and artisan gins plus stacks of whisky, rum, wine and non-alcoholic offerings including beer, coffee & tea.

We are proud to be a community pub and each month we host a book club, sea-shanty evening, eco-refill pop-up and pub quiz. There is an active darts team and we have  board games and a piano for customers to enjoy.

Additionally we have Live Music most weekends, an outdoor space for sunny afternoons and encourage local groups to book our separate TV room for events.
