Terms and Conditions

Entries must be received by midnight 23 November 2025.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Visit Reading reserves the right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
Visit Reading will not be responsible for lost or delayed entries due to technical issues.
Employees of Visit Reading, prize providers, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering.
If the entrant opts in, their details will be used to sign up for the Visit Reading email newsletter in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary value.
Transport costs are not included in the prize.
Prize includes a 1 x Family Ticket (2 adults + 2 children) for any eligible Green or Yellow performance of A Christmas Carol at Reading Rep Theatre.
One winner will be drawn at random and notified by email.
Winner must be over 18 years old. ID is required when claiming the prize.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted or is unable to provide valid ID during that time, Visit Reading reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn valid entry.
The decision is final.
Prize will be allocated to the winner once confirmed.
