Spaces used: Meadow Suite, Park House on the University of Reading Whiteknights campus. The Meadow Suite is perfect for conferences of up to 150 delegates.  Utilising the upper level for the main part of the meeting and the lower level for catering and exhibitors, gives you two zones for your event, in one large space.  The Meadow Suite is fully kitted out with AV including three large screens, microphones and the ability for others to join via in-room cameras for a hybrid event. It also has an outside terrace with views leading to the lake.
