Staff Training

What is it?
In November 2022 Reading BID delivered its first free training course for staff who work for BID levy paying businesses. Our first session was Emergency First Aid at Work, and after receiving such positive feedback we'll be looking at making training sessions more regular. We'd also like to implement more courses, so please let us know what types of courses would be of use to your businesses and staff!

What is the benefit?
Reading BID businesses receive free staff training locally in Reading, saving budget and resource when sending staff onto training courses.
