Maria is a strategic marketer with a passion for using marketing to drive economic growth and strengthen community engagement, particularly in the Reading area. She has extensive experience across marketing and teaching, and also runs My Local Marketer, helping Reading-based businesses streamline their funnels and connect with target audiences.
Maria's deep commitment to the Reading community is evident through her various leadership and engagement roles, including a Charity Ambassador for Launchpad, Vice-Chair of Caversham Traders, and Chair of Reading Film and Video Makers.
At REDA, Maria has joined as a Maternity Cover for the role of Head of Marketing. She is responsible for managing the organisation's overall marketing strategy to promote Reading both locally and beyond its borders.
