Reading Town Centre Shopping

Reading town centre is jam-packed with high-street shops, department stores and local independents, so you never have to travel far to find what you need. The town centre itself is extremely accessible, with most shops within a 5-10 minute walk of each other, made even easier by the fantastic transport network provided by the central train station and local bus services.

Broad Street, Friar Street and their adjoining roads, house the majority of the high-street shops in Reading town centre, along with the three iconic shopping centres underpinning its outer boundaries.
