The world famous earth artwork, Gaia, created from NASA imagery, is coming to Reading, from 10-18 June. Located in Reading's beautiful Town Hall, visitors will get a unique opportunity to view planet Earth as it appears from space. You can book tickets here. And there's so much else to see and do while you are here.
Getting here
Minimise your carbon footprint by taking the train (including the Elizabeth Line) or bus, walking or cycling to get here. Reading Town Hall is only a short walk from Reading Station and from most town centre Reading Bus stops. If you are driving, it is easy to use the park and ride system. There are also town centre car parks.
Make the most of your visit to Reading
Gaia is a visual representation of the fragility and beauty of the Earth and is being exhibited as part of Reading Climate Festival. Many of Reading's tourism businesses have worked hard to make themselves as sustainable as possible. For ideas on sustainable places to visit, see our Sustainable Reading page.
